About Trellis Partners
Trellis Partners is a woman- and LGBTQ+-owned national consulting firm that works exclusively with nonprofits—of all sizes and in every issue area—to stabilize, strengthen, and scale their organizational infrastructures.
Principal Anna Prow combines unparalleled international nonprofit operations and executive experience on projects large and small, singular or systemic. Her background as a change-agent nonprofit COO allows her to deeply understand the demands on nonprofits and know the intricacies of every part of their infrastructure. She specializes in the integration of administration and programs to strengthen effectiveness.
Anna brings high EQ and appreciative inquiry to her work with nonprofits and excels at taking in what makes organizations special and amplifying their strengths. With a bias toward action, an enterprise-mindset, and both systems and design thinking, she delivers practical solutions that respect systems, relationships, and the user experience.
